Cursed Banner

From far it just looks like any other Ah Long's banner.  Advertising their so called low price service.  But if you go closer and read the small prints, you will notice that the banner has been "jampi" and who ever dares to bring it down will be hit and killed by a lorry/truck.

What?? Who in City Hall will have the guts to take it down? LOL.

What if strong wind bring it down? Who will be responsible? Who will be hit by a lorry?
